I've also got the OCS Standard server DNS record available on the internet but that's due to the way we've got DNS setup on our Infrastructure (which is shared with many other companies) - this doesn't cause a problem for Communicator though and nor should it for MAC as when the client tries to connect using an internal SRV it will fail, then go onto the next option of external connections, ie The MAC messenger just seems to try the internal IP address of the Standard Edition OCS using 5061, which fails as the port isn't open, nor will it be. I wanted to know that does this app work efficiently in Mac environment. OCS Communicator works perfectly from home (I tested it last night just to double check) using the SRV records. Hello experts, I recently heard about the Microsoft Messenger for Mac. Just to confirm, I'm using MAC 7 with OCS 2007 R2, both should work just fine. ![]()
